This beautifully structured Cabernet is the 2003 harvest offering from
our premier vineyard. Its complex layering of cassis and black
currant, green herbs, and rich roasted oak is thoroughly enjoyable
while young, yet built to age superbly with appropriate cellaring.
This vintage was grown in the mature vineyards of Windsor Oaks,
located in the Chalk Hill region of the Russian River Valley. Our
Cabernet will delight your palate whether enjoyed alone, with fruit
and cheese or as a robust accompaniement to meats and fowl.
