Our limited 2 barrel release is exclusively from hillside block 6a. It displays superb purity and structure, layered with ripe cherry and cream, black pepper and bright accents of dried bing cherries with hints of sweet herbal tea. Patient aging in French oak barrels for 21 months gives a smooth finish that's not overly tannic. It reflects our vineyard's rare volcanic soils, combined with our passion for grape growing and hand-crafted winemaking.
