2007 Chardonnay - Reserve, Russian River Valley
The cool growing season for 2007 allowed our Reserve Chardonnay to develop flavors that showcase its site, a foggy cobblestone vineyard block, and reflects our passion for grape growing and authentic hand-crafted winemaking. Barrel fermented and aged for over 16 months of sur-lie, this wine is full bodied – lush and fragrant with a long lasting, silky finish. A nice balance between the oak and acidity makes this a great food wine, with a wonderful minerality combined with aromatic honeysuckle and hints of hazelnuts. Stone fruit flavors including white peach and notes of sweet vanilla round out the flavor of this wine. We hope you will enjoy with some good friends. Only 9 barrels produced. 225 Cases
