For our estate vineyards, we selected the top 256 acres across 60+ sites, where we sustainably grow and hand-harvest ultra-premium grapes for over 35 boutique and luxury wineries. Each year we make a small quantity of wine from our top sites. Our Unoaked chardonnay is made sur-lie with multiple yeasts in stainless steel at low temperatures, with no malolactic fermentation. This concentrates bright, lush flavors of fragrant citrus, stone-fruits, pineapple, green apple and mineral notes. Balanced acidity gives a clean, long finish to compliment many foods.
